Test Infrastructure Engineer at Elliptic Labs

Steven Paul Lewis has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Intern at the Naval Postgraduate School's Adaptive Optics Center of Excellence in 2012. In the same year, they also worked as a Graduate Student Projects in UC Santa Cruz, where they were involved in the development of resources and tools for an undergraduate laboratory course, and designing electronic, mechanical, visual, and auditory subsystems for an interactive art/science exhibit.

In 2013, Steven took on the role of a Teaching Assistant at UC Santa Cruz, instructing a laboratory course on Analog Electronics and guiding discussions on various topics related to semiconductor devices, amplifiers, and CMOS logic.

In 2014, Steven joined Elliptic Labs as a Robotics Intern, where they customized robotic test platforms for ultra-sonic gesture recognition technology. Steven Paul was responsible for the design of electronics, firmware, structure, mechanics, software interface, and automation scripts. Steven Paul later transitioned into the role of a Test Infrastructure Engineer at the same company.

Steven Paul Lewis completed their education in a sequential manner, primarily focusing on the field of electrical engineering. Steven Paul pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film, Television, and Digital Media at UCLA from 2005 to 2007. Moving forward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Steven further enhanced their knowledge by pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering at the same institution, which they successfully completed from 2012 to 2014.
