Julianne Szalczinger

Julianne Szalczinger is an experienced Human Resources Manager at Big SNOW American Dream since January 2023, with an extensive background in aquatics and instructor roles. Julianne has been a Lifeguard Instructor at Ellis and Associates, Inc. since March 2015, where certification training for lifeguards at Mountain Creek Water Park has been a key responsibility. Prior to this, Julianne held various managerial positions at Mountain Creek Resort, overseeing aquatics operations, training over 200 employees, and managing lifeguard teams. Additional experience includes a marketing internship at MACK TRUCKS INC and roles in education and community service as a Girl Scout Sister and Academic Tutor. Julianne holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from DeSales University.
