Steve Cyr is a seasoned gaming industry professional with extensive experience in player development and casino revenue generation. Currently serving as the Senior Player Development Executive at Ellis Island Casino & Brewery since 2022, Steve is tasked with devising strategies to enhance player engagement and revenue. As President and CEO of ISC Consulting, established in 2010, Steve focuses on optimizing casino revenue through strategic player development initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Player Development at Palms Casino Resort, Vice President of Player Development at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, and Senior Director of Player Development at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where Steve achieved significant milestones in marketing and player reactivation strategies. Steve Cyr holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
