David Horan

David C. Horan is a Market Executive for the Upstate New York Region of the Middle Market and Specialized Industries Banking Group of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

As the Market Executive based in Albany, NY, Mr. Horan directs the firm’s banking activities for its mid-sized commercial and corporate clients throughout the Capital and Adirondack regions of Upstate New York. He is also a member of the Upstate Leadership Team that unifies the firm’s lines of business across Upstate New York.

Active in the community, Mr. Horan is: the Chairman and a Trustee for the Ellis Hospital Foundation; a Trustee for Ellis Hospital; and a Director for the Center for Economic Growth. Previously, he served as: a Director of Center State Corporation for Economic Opportunity; an Advisory Board Member to the Empire State College Graduate School Economic and Community Development Committee; the President and a Director of CAPTAIN of Shenendehowa, Inc.; a Founding Director of The Capital Affordable Housing Funding Partnership; and a Director of the Albany Affordable Housing Partnership.

Mr. Horan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University at Albany, where he also pursued graduate course work in Business. He and his family reside in Saratoga County, New York.
