Jomer Paglicauan

Jomer Paglicauan, P.Eng., PMP, GSC, is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in estimation and project management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator at EllisDon since June 2017, Jomer has held various roles including Estimating Manager and Senior Estimator. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Estimator at Jen-Col Construction Ltd. from November 2013 to May 2017, and multiple roles at Maple Reinders Group from April 2004 to October 2013, including Senior Estimator, Project Manager/Estimator, and Project Coordinator. Earlier career highlights include a Project Coordinator role at AccessSMT and serving as an Engineering Technologist at Thurber Engineering Ltd. Jomer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and has pursued continuing education in PMP certification preparation at the University of Waterloo.
