Hanna Thacker (Thompson)

Hanna Thacker (Thompson) is an experienced food safety professional currently serving as the Food Safety Manager at Ellison Bakery since June 2020, where responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System in compliance with SQF and FDA regulations. Prior experience includes working as a Food Scientist at AmeriQual Group, LLC from June 2018 to May 2020, addressing production issues and overseeing commercial line processes.
