Brittney Posikan has a diverse work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Brittney is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at ELLKAY, a nationwide leader in healthcare data connectivity. Prior to this position, they served as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships at the same company. In their role, they empowered healthcare organizations with cutting-edge technologies and solutions to facilitate data exchange.

Before joining ELLKAY, Brittney worked at Mayo Clinic where they held multiple positions. Brittney started as a Patient Services Specialist and later became a Clinical Research Coordinator. Brittney then served as a Patient Care Technician, where they assisted patients, collaborated with treatment teams, and maintained clear communication with the treatment team. Afterwards, they worked as an Assistant Supervisor, providing support to patients, physicians, and employees. Eventually, they became a Supervisor of Desk Operations, where they trained staff, ensured efficient workflow, and created positive patient experiences through innovation and collaboration.

Brittney Posikan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
