Shweta Kapadia

Shweta Kapadia is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in occupational therapy and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Lead at ELLKAY since April 2022, Shweta previously held the role of Project Manager for Interoperability at Progressive Steps, LLC. From August 2021 to April 2025, Shweta worked as an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist, focusing on sensory and motor development in children. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Rehabilitation at TMC, where a team of over 15 therapists was managed, and various positions at Genesis Rehab Services, including Senior Occupational Therapist and Program Manager. Shweta also founded Maitri Clinic, providing specialized occupational therapy services for children with special needs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Topiwala National Medical College.
