Candace Arentz

Candace Arentz is an accomplished professional with a strong background in total rewards and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Ellsworth Adhesives since January 2025, Candace previously held the position of Senior Manager, Total Rewards at Direct Supply from February 2022 to January 2025. Candace's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Benefits at ManpowerGroup, where oversight included a $55 million medical spend for over 30,000 employees, and Assistant Director of Employee Benefits at Northwestern Mutual, managing a $69 million budget. Candace has also contributed to industry leadership as a Board Member for KristinAdvising LLC and as a member of the Executive Steering Committee for the Business Health Care Group. Candace holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in Human Resources and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
