Janelle Jones

Janelle Jones has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Janelle started their career as a Desk Clerk/Assistant Sales Manager at Savannah Suites Hotel, where they handled guest registrations, resolved complaints, and conducted sales activities. Janelle then transitioned to a role as a Helpdesk Support at Aiken Technical College, providing technical assistance and maintaining records. Janelle later became a Programmer I at the same institution, offering software support and consulting with end users to gather requirements. Janelle then joined Monroe College as a Sr. Programmer Analyst, responsible for programming and analysis. Janelle subsequently became an Associate Registrar at the same college, overseeing registration processes. Most recently, they joined Ellucian as a Lead Cloud Application Administrator, focusing on deploying technical solutions and improving systems.

Janelle Jones received an Associates degree in Business Management and Marketing from Aiken Technical College in 2004-2006. Janelle later obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Applications from Limestone University in 2006-2008.
