Lisa Townsend

Lisa Townsend serves as the Senior Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Ellucian since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at the Boston Consulting Group, including Principal, Project Leader, and Consultant from March 2019 to April 2024. Lisa's earlier experience includes serving as an Intelligence Officer in the US Navy from December 2010 to December 2018. Academically, Lisa Townsend earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business (2016-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University (2006-2010).
