Megan Shamet

Megan Shamet is a seasoned professional in learning experience design, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Experience and Design at Ellucian since May 2021. In this role, Megan has successfully created and managed role-based learning programs for over 500 employees, collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to enhance training and development initiatives. Prior to Ellucian, Megan held various positions at Delaware North from 2014 to 2020, including roles as Learning Experience Designer and Workforce Management Lead Trainer, where responsibilities included delivering training to multiple company units and providing support to personnel. Megan began her career as a Marketing Coordinator at UNO Pizzeria & Grill and has advanced education with a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management and Marketing, both from the University of Central Florida.
