Ryan Tubbs is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic services, change management, and innovation. Currently serving as VP of Strategic Services & Change Management at Ellucian and co-founding BillionMinds, Tubbs has designed a notable soft skills development program for workforce readiness. Previous roles include co-founding Microsoft’s Agile Innovation Hub and serving as Chief Transformation Officer, where responsibility included sales and marketing transformation. With a track record of developing high-performing teams and driving significant revenue growth in various capacities, Tubbs has held key advisory and mentorship roles across multiple organizations, contributing to early-stage startup success and guiding leadership development. Tubbs holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
