Jennifer Loudermilk, MBA has a diverse professional background. Jennifer began their career in 2000 as a Mission Support Specialist and Executive Assistant to the Commanding Officer at the U.S. Coast Guard. In 2012, they were promoted to Chief Supply Chain Officer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they managed daily operations at a Level I, 200 bed tertiary care regional referral center and seven outlying outpatient clinic sites that served 70K+ veterans. Jennifer was also responsible for a $45M budget for healthcare supply chain resources and services, while orchestrating a staff of 100+ personnel. In 2019, Jennifer took on the role of Adjunct Professor at Upper Iowa University. In 2020, they were appointed Supply Chain Director at MERIT HEALTH BILOXI. Most recently, in 2021, Jennifer was hired as Supply Chain Logistics Manager at Ellumen, Inc.

Jennifer Loudermilk holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Upper Iowa University. Jennifer obtained their MBA in 2016, and their BBA in 2011, both in the field of Business Administration and Management.
