Shannon Garrity, PMP

Shannon Garrity, PMP, has over 13 years of experience in Program and Project Management. In 2022, they began working as a Program Manager at Ellumen, Inc. and Self. Prior to this, they were an ACS/DAL Project Lead at SpinSys in 2021. In 2019, they were a Defense Health Program Manager. In 2018, they were a HIT Program Manager at Vista Defense Technologies, LLC, where they developed and implemented a strategy for the consolidation, retention, transformation, and use of legacy data from all enterprise-wide health IT systems in the MHS. In 2017, they were a Senior Health IT Analyst at ASRC Federal and a Program Manager - Coast Guard EHR Acquisition at IT Coalition. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Manager at Deloitte, where they led the initiative to establish integrated data governance within the MHS, through the definition of need, establish of governance structure and boards to support the need, chartering the bodies, and facilitating the kickoff and staffing of government participants and support staff. Shannon was also a Strategic Lead for Project Controls and the Program Management Branch Support team within the DoD/VA Interagency Program Office (IPO). In 2014, they were a White Oak District CSRT at Boy Scouts of America. In 2009, they were an Associate at Booz | Allen | Hamilton, where they led the development, integration, status and reporting of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for consolidation of the National Capital Region Military Medical Health System mandated by the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Act (BRAC).
