Harley Hartman

Harley Hartman began his career at ELM as a Locate Technician in July of 2000. After working in cattle ranch management for 20+ years he made the decision to join the Utility industry and started as a Locate Technician in Billings, Montana where he was born and raised. At ELM he has worked his way up many levels of Management including Trainer, Supervisor, Area Manager, State Director, Vice President, and Sr. Vice President before being named the President in January of 2022. Harley is very heavily involved in damage prevention groups across the ELM footprint.
