Hadi Komeylian

Hadi Komeylian, P.Eng., MBA, serves as the Director of Development at ELM Developments since March 2025. Prior to this role, Hadi held the position of Director, Development & Project Delivery at State Building Group from June 2022 to March 2025, and worked at GWL Realty Advisors as a Senior Project Manager and Development Manager from April 2018 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate Construction Manager at Toronto Community Housing, Assistant Superintendent at Darcon Construction Management Inc., and Project Manager at Noble Management Consulting Ltd. Hadi's earlier roles involved positions as a Structural Engineering Assistant and co-op roles in engineering and construction inspection. Hadi obtained an MBA in Real Estate & Infrastructure from Schulich School of Business, York University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
