Assumpta Smith has a solid background in the pensions industry, starting as a Senior Pensions Administrator at Marconi in 1991. Assumpta later moved on to Team Manager roles at Ensign Pensions Group and JLT Employee Benefits before becoming the Office Manager at ELM Group. Assumpta has pursued their education in Accounting and Finance, completing AAT Levels 2, 3, and 4 at Newcastle and Stafford College.
