Leszek Nikolajuk began their work experience in 1998 as the Product House Director at TCH Components S.A. Leszek then moved on to Sekom S.A. (Qumak-Sekom) in 2000, where they served as the Sales and Marketing Director. In 2001, they joined Kiwwi Sp. z o. o. / Austrian Investment Fund as the Sales and Marketing Director.
