Carl Shawber

Carl Shawber began their career in 1977 as a Metallurgical Engineer for Bethlehem Steel Corporation. In 1981, they became Manager Metallurgical, Die Casting and Steel Industry Sales for AMAX Specialty Metals. In 1988, they moved to TIMET where they served as Manager, Service Centers. In 1999, they took on the role of Manager, Corrosion Alloys at Haynes International. In 2001, Carl joined ATI Wah Chang as Manager, Business Development and Manager, Commercial Titanium. Carl was then West Coast Regional Manager at Elmet Technologies from 2014 until 2021 when they retired to become Grandfather, Chief Domestic Officer & Travel Consultant for ILYF Designs, LLC.

Carl Shawber attended Lehigh University from 1973 to 1977, earning a BS in Metallurgy and Materials Science. In 1999 and 2000, they completed MBA coursework at Indiana University, with a focus in Accounting and Finance.
