Bill Barnum

Bill Barnum is an experienced educator specializing in computer science and technology integration, currently serving as a Computer Science Teacher at Elmhurst District 205 Public Schools since July 2015. Bill significantly increased enrollment in AP Computer Science A by over 50% and introduced the AP Computer Science Principles course to enhance access for diverse students. Prior experience includes teaching STEM courses at Woodridge School District 68, aligning curriculum with educational standards, and serving as a District Technologist at Park Ridge District 64, where Bill trained educators in technology use. Additionally, Bill taught various subjects and maintained IT infrastructure as a Teacher and Technology Coordinator at Notre Dame High School for Girls.
