Austin Moore

Austin Moore currently serves as a High School Computer Science Teacher at Hamilton County Department of Education since August 2023. Prior to this role, Austin worked as a Sales Engineer and Application/Proposal Engineer at Southeastern Tool and Design, where responsibilities included developing leads and managing a CRM tool, as well as generating engineering proposals. Additional experience includes serving as a Test Operations Engineer II / System Engineer at National Aerospace Solutions, LLC, focusing on system safety and engineering support for maintenance operations. Austin has also held positions as a Student Ambassador at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Baja SAE Team Captain with SAE International, and interned at Cummins Inc. and STEMCO Products. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, completed in 2019.
