Cass Rufus

Cass Rufus is a skilled educator and experienced program director currently serving as the Director of Programs for RISE Up Girls Basketball since August 2021. With a robust background in education and administration, Cass has been an educator with Elmhurst Public Schools since 2001. Previous coaching roles include serving as the Girls Head Coach for the Illinois Rockets 15U team and for Elmhurst Airborne. Cass holds a Master of Arts in Education Administration from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Education/Psychology from Elmhurst University. Known for an established teaching style and excellent communication skills, Cass is dedicated to motivating and developing student-athletes both academically and physically.
