Jacob Wertz

Jacob Wertz is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in research and program analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Research & Program Analysis at Elmhurst District 205 Public Schools since October 2023, Wertz previously held the position of Fellow in the Interdisciplinary Training Program in Education Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from September 2017 to August 2023. Additional roles include Associate Director at The Archer School for Girls, Founder and Executive Director at Valiente College Preparatory, and Director of the Fellows Program at Urban Prep Academies, among others. Wertz's academic credentials include a PhD and MS in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Education & Social Policy from Northwestern University.
