Rachel Aiello

Rachel Aiello is a seasoned Community Director currently leading operations at Elmington, overseeing a multi-use development comprising 191 residential units and 16 office suites since November 2023. Previously, Rachel served as a Multi-Site Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager at Independence Realty Trust Inc. from December 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Steadfast Companies, where Rachel contributed as an Assistant Community Manager for Stoneridge Farms, and as a Leasing Consultant. Rachel also has experience in housekeeping, leasing consultation, and property management across various organizations, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Social Work from Normandale Community College.
