Carly Moulton currently serves as the Head of Communications at Zapier, leading a team responsible for PR, social media, influencer marketing, internal communications, and customer advocacy since February 2019. Prior to this role, Carly held various positions at FreshBooks from November 2014 to February 2019, including Manager of Communications and Senior Communications Specialist, where Carly spearheaded the company’s first data journalism strategy and authored multiple reports. Earlier experience includes roles at Walt Disney World from September 2011 to September 2014, where Carly acted as a Cultural Representative and provided guest service recovery.
