Saara Happo

Saara Happo is an experienced solution consultant at ICT Elmo Oy since May 2020, specializing in Efecte Self-service portal deployments for outsourcing customers. Prior to this, Saara worked as a Junior IT Expert in IT Process Management at Academic Work, where responsibilities included managing ITSM processes in an international team. Previous roles at Tieto encompassed workforce management and senior service desk specialist duties, alongside experience in customer support and sales positions across various companies including StaffPoint Oy and Osuuskauppa Keskimaa. Saara holds a Master of Arts in Nordic Philology from the University of Oulu and is currently pursuing miscellaneous studies at the same institution.
