Lars Lichon

Lars Lichon currently serves as the Implementation & Support Team Leader and Senior Implementation Consultant at ELMO Software, where responsibilities include managing, documenting, configuring, and delivering the ELMO Talent Management Software and HROnboard system to clients. Prior to this role, Lars worked as an IT Consultant at Region Nordjylland, contributing to various teams such as the Electronic Patient Journal and Medicine System. Earlier experience at Region Nordjylland also includes a position as an Administrative Assistant, where tasks involved website updates, course preparation, and processing evaluations. Lars holds a Master of Science in Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Aalborg University and has also been an Honorary Research Visitor at the University of Melbourne.
