Jessica Hill is an experienced professional in client services and customer support, currently serving as the Head of Client Services at Pike + Bambridge since March 2024. Previously, Jessica held the position of Customer Support Team Lead and Senior EV Specialist at elmo from August 2022 to May 2024. Jessica's earlier roles include Trust Pilot Executive at BCA UK and Customer Operations Coordinator at BCA LOGISTICS LIMITED. Jessica began a career focused on customer retention as a Customer Retention Advisor at LTK Consultants Ltd from March 2018 to May 2021. Jessica holds a 1st Class Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Blackpool School of Creative Arts, earned between September 2012 and June 2015.
