Latoya Bell

Latoya Bell is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in counseling and adult education. Currently serving as a School Counselor at Elmore County Public Schools since May 2008, Latoya Bell focuses on fostering personal and social growth, educational planning, and career development for students. Latoya also played a key role as a Technology Specialist, facilitating the use of instructional technology and training staff on relevant software. Previously, Latoya served as an Adult Education Instructor for the Alabama Community College System from July 2019 to February 2022, teaching remedial education and English as a Second Language to out-of-school youth and adults. Latoya Bell holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in School Counseling from The University of West Alabama and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Auburn University at Montgomery.
