Jyri Leinonen

Jyri Leinonen is a Startup and Innovation Specialist at the Defence Innovation Network Finland (DEFINE) since July 2024, focusing on fostering SME growth in the Defense and Security industry. In addition to this role, Jyri serves as Chairman of A24 Market Network Ltd and Rotimo Essence Oy, and acts as a Business Partner at Leposense.io, along with being a Shareholder in Finsect Oy. Previously, Jyri held key positions such as CEO and Chairman of Elmotion Ltd, where contributions were made to the electric motorsports sector. A former Regional Sales Manager and Solution Architect at Nordic ID, Jyri's career includes various roles at Ericsson and involvement in entrepreneurship initiatives at Lappeenranta University of Technology. Jyri holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management with a focus on Technology Entrepreneurship from LUT University, as well as additional qualifications in product development and telecommunications.
