Charlotte Distefano is an experienced design professional currently serving as Associate Creative Director at Elmwood Brand Consultancy since March 2023. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Design Director at LOVE. from February 2021 to March 2023 and has a strong background at Elmwood Brand Consultancy, where roles included Design Director, Senior Designer, Mid-weight Designer, and Junior Designer from September 2013 to February 2021. Early career experience includes various graphic design internships with organizations such as bet365 and Coley Porter Bell from 2009 to 2013, coupled with an academic foundation in graphic design, achieving a BA (Hons) with First Class from Staffordshire University.
