Todd Rands

Todd Rands has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Todd is currently serving as the President and CEO of Elo Life Systems, a position they have held since April 2022. Previously, Todd founded and served as CEO of Third Pivot LLC from December 2019 to April 2022. Todd also held the role of President & CEO at Asepticys LLC from July 2017 to February 2021. Todd has experience in advisory services as a Senior Advisor in the Global Advisory Practice at FTI Consulting from February 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Monsanto Company in multiple roles, including Global Corporate Strategy, External Advocacy Lead and Strategic Transactions Counsel, Senior Assistant General Counsel, Legal Director for Brazil and Latin America, and Licensing Lead for South America and Central America. Todd started their legal career at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP as an Associate Attorney and Patent Agent. Before that, they worked as a Patent Agent at Howrey LLP. Todd's early professional experiences include positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University.

Todd Rands has a diverse education history. Todd began their studies in 1992 at Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. Todd continued their education at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 1996 to 1998, focusing on graduate studies in Molecular/Cancer Biology. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2000, they attended the University of Houston Law Center for their first year of law school. Todd then transferred to George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, where they completed their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2000 to 2003.
