Brandon Charles

Brandon Charles has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Brandon most recently worked as an Information Technology Technician at Elo Touch Solutions starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Public Safety Computer Admin at the City of Mesquite from March 2020 to December 2022, where they troubleshooted and repaired desktops, laptops, tablets, and networking equipment, installed routers and computing devices into public safety vehicles, and resolved various client and vendor issues.

Before that, Brandon worked as an IT Support Specialist at Ranger Solutions from April 2016 to February 2020, where they managed various software and systems for multiple companies and led team projects. Brandon also worked as a Customer Technical Support representative at Monitronics Security from September 2015 to March 2016, where they provided technical assistance for alarm systems and trained customers on their use.
