Shea Owens has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Senior Home Assistance of Tennessee in 2010. They then moved on to Temp systems/TSI Industrial in 2012, where they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for recruiting staff and screening candidates for manufacturing and administrative positions.

In 2016, Shea joined Senior Solutions Home Care (Senior Solutions At Home, Inc.) as a Human Resources professional, specifically as a Scheduling Manager. In this role, they managed scheduling processes for the company. They later transitioned to the role of Payor Relations Supervisor, where they focused on designing processes to improve compliance in the home care industry related to the 21st Century Cures Act.

In 2021, Shea took on the position of Payor Relations Director at the same company, where their responsibilities included designing and improving processes related to Revenue Cycle Management and building relationships with payers and managed care organizations.

Currently, Shea is working at Elo Touch Solutions as a Channel Sales Intern, where they support the sales team in managing channel relationships. They will soon transition to the role of Channel Sales Associate in December 2022.

Shea Owens completed an Associate's degree in Accounting from Pellissippi State Community College from 2018 to 2020. Following that, from 2020 to 2022, Shea pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
