Janne Salo is an experienced professional specializing in customer experience development within the insurance and pension sectors. Currently serving as a Development Manager at Elo since January 2014, Janne has focused on enhancing customer service processes and is involved in company-level customer experience initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Service Manager at Elo, leading a team that handled correction requests related to the Employees’ Pensions Act, and earlier positions at Pension Tapiola and Pension Insurance Company Etera as an Insurance Officer.
