Danny Rizk

Danny Rizk has extensive experience in business development and customer experience management within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Friendly Grocer Business Development/Customer Experience Manager at Metcash since October 2017, Danny previously held the position of Retail Experience Manager at Friendly Grocer Group from April 2015 to May 2017. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Franchisee Customer Experience Manager at Di Bella Coffee and managing two Friendly Grocer locations as a Business Owner/Manager and Independent Business Owner from 2005 to 2012. Danny holds a Certificate IV in Business Management and Front Line Management, as well as a Certificate II in Business, both from the Australian National College of Business.
