Amilla Morille has had a varied career, beginning in 2014 as an IT Business Analyst Assistant at Harris Paints International Ltd. Amilla then moved to Saint Lucia Fire Service Headquarters in 2017, where they served as an Assistant Accounts Clerk. The same year, they began working at Cream N Bean Ltd as a Customer Service Representative. In 2018, they took on the role of Reservations Admin Agent at Evergreen Passenger Transport Ltd. The following year, they worked at Venus ET Fleur as a Customer Service Representative. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director at Chevelure Magic.

Amilla Morille is currently enrolled in Business Coaching and Mentoring for Micro and Small Enterprises at Sir Arthur Lewis Community College and Fundamentals of Cosmetology at Alison. Amilla has also taken an Introduction to Social Media Marketing course at iCreate Limited. Amilla obtained their Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College in 2017 and their Caribbean Examinations Council in Business from Corinth Secondary School in 2015. Morille has also obtained a BARBICIDE COVID-19 Certification from Barbicide in January 2022 and a Basic Makeup Level 1 certification from The Dollhouse in November 2020.
