Kurt Matarese

Kurt Matarese is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Technology at eLocal since May 2024. Previously, Kurt co-founded AreaFour and held the role of Platform Architect from June 2022 to May 2024. Kurt’s career also includes significant positions at Meredith Corporation, where responsibilities included Sr. Director of Engineering & Analytics and Director of Engineering, and at Yawkey Media, Inc. as Co-Founder & CTO. Kurt's early experience involved roles in development and engineering at Dealix Corporation, Oracle Corporation, and Art Technology Group, showcasing a strong background in software engineering and technology architecture. Kurt holds an MS in Computer Engineering and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Leadership and Management Certificate at The Wharton School.
