Maurica Gravely has a long and varied work experience. Maurica began their career in 2009 as a Barista for Starbucks. In 2012 they joined DISH Network as a Customer Care Specialist, where they coordinated customer expedite requests and troubleshot technical issues. In 2013, they became a Business Operations Specialist for Wall & Associates Inc., directing the new client specialist operations department and interfacing with potential clients. In 2017, they joined Community Brands as an Operations Manager, Event Coordinator, and Event Staffing Manager. In 2020, they joined eLocal as a Manager of Affiliate Operations and Strategic Partnerships, as well as a Customer Success Specialist.
Maurica Gravely received a B.S in Social Science from Radford University in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Virginia Intermont College from 2005 to 2007 for Pre-Law Studies. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
