Neetu K Pujani

Neetu K Pujani has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Neetu started their career at Bata India Limited in 2007 as an Assistant Manager HR, where they worked until 2014. Neetu then joined JBA Concrete Solutions Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager and stayed with the company until 2017. Neetu then took on the role of Head of Human Resources at Elofic Industries Ltd, where they worked from 2017 to 2022. Within Elofic Industries Ltd, they also served as a Senior Manager in HR & Admin. Currently, Neetu is working at HMD HealthCare as a Senior Manager - HR (L&D) starting from 2022.

Neetu K Pujani pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from M.D. University in Rohtak from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from S.M.U. Karnataka, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.
