Laurent Poirier is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in contract negotiation, legal support, and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at ELOGEN since September 2021, Laurent is involved in drafting and negotiating various contractual agreements, providing operational support, and overseeing ethics and compliance initiatives. Laurent's previous experience includes a long tenure at Fives as Legal Manager for the Asia Area, where responsibilities spanned from supporting commercial teams during the tendering process to managing pre-litigation and litigation in multiple international jurisdictions. Prior roles include serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Technip and Legal Advisor and Insurance Manager at DORIS Engineering, where Laurent developed expertise in contractual risk analysis and insurance management. Laurent holds a DEA in Droit international économique from Université Paris-Sorbonne and a Maitrise in Droit Privé from Faculté Jean-Monnet - Université Paris-Sud.
