Kira Schwartz

Kira Schwartz is Chief Legal Officer at Revance. She leads Revance’s legal and compliance functions, overseeing corporate governance, transactions, dispute resolution, regulatory matters, and intellectual property. Ms. Schwartz brings over 20 years of legal and executive leadership in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Odyssey Therapeutics. She previously held senior roles at Prevail Therapeutics, Pfizer, and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Ms. Schwartz earned her Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and her B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, from Tufts University. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
