Nathalie Mandoki Texier currently serves as the Head of the Innovation Project Management Department at Elogen, a position held since May 2022, and is involved in PMO innovation focused on hydrogen projects. Prior to this role, Nathalie held various positions in the field of materials science and innovation, including Innovation Program Manager at Andra from January 2013 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing new materials for radioactive waste management and fostering circular economy initiatives. Additional experience includes engineering roles at Altran, Ceram Hyd, CEA, and CRITT Ceramiques, focusing on ceramic optimization, hydrogen production and storage, and advanced materials research. Nathalie obtained a doctorate in materials science from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and has a strong academic background in materials and chemistry.
