Felipe Drumond

Felipe Drumond possesses extensive experience in project coordination and management within the public sector and consulting firms. Currently serving as Senior Manager at EloGroup since March 2022, Felipe leads various automation projects, including those for the City of Rio de Janeiro and the government of Ceará. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at República.org, where Felipe coordinated legislative agendas, and at The World Bank, providing expertise in management and data analytics. From January 2017 to April 2020, Felipe managed projects in people management and analytics at EloGroup and previously held a position as a Public Policy and Government Management Specialist with the Government of Minas Gerais. Felipe holds a degree in Public Administration from Fundação João Pinheiro.
