Joanna Gussen

Joanna Gussen has extensive experience in people and culture, as well as marketing, serving as a Partner at EloGroup since April 2012, where roles have included Partner I People & Culture & Marketing, Partner I Head Pessoas & Cultura, Consulting Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Prior to EloGroup, Joanna was a volunteer with Alunos Contadores de Histórias from July 2010 to June 2012, participating in storytelling for children at the IPPMG. Additionally, Joanna contributed as a member of the Grupo de Novos Negócios GN2, an entrepreneurship group from UFRJ, from February 2010 to June 2012. Educationally, Joanna completed the Women’s Leadership Program at Nova School of Business and Economics in December 2023, holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (2012-2014), and a degree in Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2009-2013).
