Karoliina Joensuu

Karoliina Joensuu is an experienced professional in the energy and environmental sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Industry Business Unit at Elomatic since September 2024. Prior to this role, Karoliina held various leadership positions at Caverion from 2021 to 2024, including VP of Partnerships and Advisory Services and Head of the Energy Business Group. Earlier experience includes Senior Vice President roles at FCG Finnish Consulting Group, where responsibilities encompassed Renewable Energy and Environmental Studies, and engagement in key consulting roles at ÅF and Pöyry. Karoliina has a strong academic background with a Master’s in Energy Engineering and Environmental Protection from Teknillinen korkeakoulu and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Biology from the University of Helsinki.
