C. Rose Williams

C. Rose Williams, EdD, MAEd, serves as the Director of Health Promotion at Elon University since July 2019, bringing over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in collegiate health and wellness leadership. With a focus on designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that enhance student engagement, C. Rose employs design thinking strategies to create accessible programs aligned with university priorities. Previous roles at Elon University include Interim Director of Campus Recreation & Wellness and Associate Director for Health Education and Promotion. C. Rose also has extensive experience in K-12 professional development, health coaching, and project management with various organizations, including East Carolina University and Cone Health. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at USC Rossier School of Education, C. Rose holds a Master's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health.
