Iryna Kiss

Iryna Kiss has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as Chief Executive Officer (MICE, Travel, Education). In 2017, they joined Wix.com as a Product Support Team Lead, then a Product Support Specialist and finally a Customer Care Representative. In 2020, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist, UX Specialist without a company affiliation. In 2021, they joined Smarter Contact as a Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Engineer. Currently, they are employed at elopage as a UX Researcher & Product Designer.

Iryna Kiss holds a Master's degree in Germanic Languages, English Philology, and English Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
