Oya Torum

Oya Torum is a seasoned professional in training solutions and program management, currently serving as the Head of Training Solutions at Elopak since August 2025. Prior to this role, Oya held various positions at Nordex Group from March 2012 to July 2025, including Head of Training Global PM/EPC, Group Lead Global PM/EPC Training, and Global PM/EPC Academy Coordinator, focusing on global training excellence. Oya began the career as an Executive Assistant at ABT Endüstri Enerji Sistemleri San. Tic. A.Ş. and also completed an internship at TAV in 2008.
